Orders under £60: Flat-rate shipping of £4.99.

Once your order ships, we will immediately send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Address Accuracy & Delivery
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Velysora is not responsible for lost or delayed orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier and our customer service team within 48 hours.
